House Rules • We really hope you enjoy your stay with us at Coal Camp Lodging. We strive to make sure you feel right at home while you’re here. To keep our resort looking great and safe we have a few rules. • Please no smoking allowed inside cabins. • Please remove extremely dirty clothing and boots outside, before going in the cabin. • Please avoid causing damage to our cabin or property. • Please place all trash in the cans provided. • All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience and comfort during your visit. Be sure to leave all linens and towels in the cabin when leaving or we will have to charge you to replace them. • Sorry no dogs allowed. • Please be respectful to other guests. • Consumption of alcohol is only allowed on the individual cabin site to which you or your guests are registered. Individuals must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. Drunken or disorderly conduct will resort in forfeit of your stay with no refund given. • THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Cabin Reservation Policy • We have a two (2) night minimum stay for our cabins. If by chance our schedule shows two days available between other reservations and you would like to book a shorter visit please call us directly. Depending on circumstances we may be able to accommodate your request. • One half payment (½) for your cabin rental is due at the time of scheduling your stay. This amount is only refundable (minus a $50 deposit) if requested at least seven (7) days before you are scheduled to arrive. No refunds will be issues without at least seven (7) days’ notice. • You must be 21 or older to make a reservation. • Check In: Check in is 3:00 pm. • Check Out: Check out time is 10:00 am. Cancellation and Refunds • If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call to cancel it at least 7 days before your scheduled check in date. Call us at (304) 443-3147. If you call and no one is available, please leave your name and number so that we can return your call. You may also send us an email requesting a cancellation of your reservation to coalcamplodging@gmail.com. Your reservation will be officially cancelled once you receive confirmation via email from our office. • We will issue a refund (minus your $50.00 deposit) within 10 days if your cancellation is made at least 7 days before your visit. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the entire amount. Restrictions • The person making the reservation will be charged for any damage to the property or need for excessive cleaning at the prevailing rate including labor and materials. We want to keep these cabins looking nice for your next visit or for the next visitor so please be respectful and careful

4 of our Camp Houses will sleep 8 people. They are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, living room and for our guest’s convenience a mud room. With a large front porch, to provide for some outdoor relaxation. We will have a hot tub at each cabin. Our downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a queen bed and XL twin. Bedroom 2 upstairs has 3 XL twins. We are located on a 2-acre flat lot that provides ample secure parking. We will also have fire pits and grills. All that we have built and prepared for our guests has been provided for the most enjoyable trip possible for everyone wanting to enjoy our trails and have an exciting time. Cabins 5 thru 8 are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, & sleep up to 6 with a sleeper sofa, hot tub and all the amenities or our other cabins. RATES $160 for 2 people Each additional person up to 8 total is $25 per person. (We offer a discount for a weekly stay)

This cabin has an Rv hook up so you can have an RV in addition to the cabin.
